Shipping information

Free delivery on every Spare Sun order — no minimum spend, no exceptions.

UK delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed
All orders are fully tracked — you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched
Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday are prioritised for same-day dispatch
We ship via [COURIER] — update this when your courier is confirmed

Packaging

Your Spare Sun panel is packaged securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

If your order arrives and the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged

Email us at info@sparesun.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no forms, no hassle.

If your tracking shows delivered but your order hasn't arrived, wait 24 hours then contact us — couriers occasionally mark orders early
Check with neighbours and any safe places noted on your order before contacting us
Lost orders are fully covered — we will either resend or refund at no cost to you

International shipping

We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping is coming soon — if you're outside the UK and would like to be notified when we launch delivery to your country, email us at info@sparesun.com with your location and we'll add you to the list.

Track your order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time.

If you haven't received your tracking email within 2 working days of placing your order, check your spam folder first — then contact us and we'll look into it straight away.
