UK delivery
Packaging
Your Spare Sun panel is packaged securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
If your order arrives and the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours.
Damaged or missing orders
Email us at info@sparesun.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no forms, no hassle.
International shipping
We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping is coming soon — if you're outside the UK and would like to be notified when we launch delivery to your country, email us at info@sparesun.com with your location and we'll add you to the list.
Track your order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time.
If you haven't received your tracking email within 2 working days of placing your order, check your spam folder first — then contact us and we'll look into it straight away.
